conference fellowships

Psi-k has established a fund to support refugee scientists who are currently being provided with temporary support including visiting affiliation with a European institution. This fund is available to all career stages from PhD students to established academics. These fellowships will cover:

• Conference fees

• Accommodation in Lausanne for the period of the conference 

• A contribution to travel and subsistence expenses

Application

Applicants should send the following documents to the Psi-k Operations Manager:

• A cover letter stating clearly that the applicant intends to participate fully in the Psi-k conference, the expected dates of travel with an estimate of travel costs, and the contact details for a senior member at their temporary host institution who will be asked to confirm their status.

• (Optional) contribution title and abstract. Applicants are encouraged to provide a title and abstract of their proposed conference talk/poster.

• CV of applicant.
