Gala event

The Gala event will take place at the MAD club in Lausanne on Wednesday, August 27.

Created in 1985, the MAD is a large club located in the Flon neighborhood at the heart of Lausanne. Come enjoy an original dinner, jazz concert, 'Luv Bug' disco show, DJ and more in this vibrant location, where you can explore its 5 floors, all with a different style and with different food.

IMPORTANT: SEPARATE REGISTRATION REQUIRED

This gala event is included at no additional cost, but a separate registration will be required for it (we will reach out to conference participants closer to the conference date about this).

PRACTICALITIES

An ID card or passport is required by Swiss law in the club, and may be checked.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Drinks (alcohol-free, beer, wine) are free until 23:00, except for champagne and liquors which must be paid on site. After 23:00, the evening is open to the public and drinks are no longer free.
